THE PROBLEM IS THAT I M UNABLE TO USE MY PRINTER WITH MY MACBOOK AIR BECAUSE OF UNAVAILABILITY OF PRINTER DRIVER.

KINDLY PROVIDE THE PRINTER DRIVER OR SUGGEST ME SOME REMEDY.

Hi @PALLSHRA

 

HP LaserJet 1020 Plus Printer driver for macOS 10.13 are not available from the HP website or Apple Software Update. However, Gutenprint (formerly called Gimp-Print) provides open-source basic print drivers for many printers that would otherwise not be supported in Mac OS X. To see if your printer is supported, go to Gutenprint drivers for more information.

 

NOTE: Gutenprint drivers are not supported by HP or Apple.

My problem is not yet solved.

 

Is it possible to make it print with some other driver if the driver for the printer is not available any where.

No, the printer is not AirPrint compatible as well. 

 

Have checked the gutenprint drivers?
