HP Deskjet 1050A All-in-One Printer series - J410

I am searching for an HP universal print driver compatible with HP Deskjet 1050A All-in-One Printer.

I want to use the printer with Windows XP 32 bit. 

I have found HP universal print drivers compatible with Windows XP 32 bit but these are not compatible with the HP Deskjet 1050A All-in-One Printer. Can anyone offer me any help or advice with this problem?

Hi,

Please install below drivers:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL32611/al-109412-3/DJ1050_J410_1313-1.exe

 

Be sure not to plug the USB till the installation guide doing so.

Hi,

Your printer is a PCL 3 printers, a Univeral Print Driver is available for moore advanced printing language such as PostScript or PCL XL and not for your printer.

 

You should install your priner specific driver which is available from hp.com to print.

 

If you cannot do so from any reason please let me know, is there any error or behavior while trying to install the printer software?

 

Also please ensure you have Service Pack 3 installed on your PC, your printer is supported on Windows XP 32-bit with Service Pack 3 installed...

Hi, thanks for your response to my post. I do have Service Pack 3 installed on my PC.

I took your advice and at HP.com I searched for Drivers for the HP Deskjet 1050A All-in-One Printer and my operating system Windows XP (32-bit)

The response I received was, No software or drivers are available for this product with the selected operating system.

I’d be very grateful if you have any further help or suggestions. Regards
