HP Recommended

I tried all the suggested steps to get it restarted. I cleaned the contacts on the printerhead module and got another day of printing from it and then it just died and repeated the error message. My serial number is invalid according to HP. My printer is 15 years old and has printed over 28000 pages with no issues. Worked great until this time. Do I need a new printerhead module or something else?
