Hi @Sumsing,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code EBS00P0010 you're encountering with your HP Deskjet 2821e printer seems to be a common issue related to ink cartridges. There are several steps you can take to try and resolve this problem:

Check the Ink Cartridges: Ensure that the ink cartridges are correctly installed and seated in their respective slots. It's also important to check that the cartridges are not empty or running low on ink.

Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, then disconnect it from the power source. After waiting for about 1-2 minutes, reconnect it to the power and turn it back on. This can help resolve any temporary glitches.

Clean the Ink Cartridges: Gently wipe the electrical contacts on the cartridges with a lint-free cloth. Also, clean the contacts inside the cartridge slots in the printer to ensure they're free from any debris or dirt.

Reinstall or Replace the Ink Cartridges: If cleaning doesn't resolve the issue, try removing the cartridges and then reinserting them firmly back into the printer. If they're empty or low on ink, replacing them with new ones might be necessary.

Update the Printer Firmware: Sometimes, updating the printer's firmware can resolve known issues. Check the HP Support website for any available firmware updates for your printer model and follow the instructions to download and install them if available.

Another solution that has been successful involves a more thorough reset process:

  1. Remove the ink cartridges from the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from both the printer and the wall socket.
  3. Wait for 30 seconds.
  4. Plug the power cord back into the printer and the wall, making sure the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet, not to a surge protector.
  5. Reinsert the ink cartridges back into the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
