I am setting up a new smart tank 7603 printer. The alignment page is taking forever to print.

I am setting up a new smart tank 7603 printer. It is taking more than 20 minutes to print the alignment page. It is scrolling and say it is printing, but might take a few minutes.

This could be related to the Alignment stuck process.

• Sometimes the printer system get "stuck" and do not detect paper, so you may need to load paper again.

1. Open the paper tray, load just a few more paper pages and then close again paper tray.

• 

2. Then the printer takes a page and prints an alignment page.

• 

3. Please check the steps for the Printer First Setup steps:

• Unboxing and remove cardboard inside printer.
  • Wireless first setup.
    • Install and Fill Ink tanks.
    • Install Printheads.
  • Load paper.
  • Alignment page printed.
    • Scan alignment page into scanner.
  • Complete setup process.
