I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Are you trying to connect your printer Wirelessly? Have you connected your printer to your wireless network already?

 

Follow the instructions on page 57 from the user Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04425658 to help you set up the printer wirelessly

 

Also download the full feature software from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-5660-e-all-in-one-printer-series/6809225/mo... and follow the onscreen instructions
