I applied for HP+, but my warranty is not extended for 1 year.

 

I tried to contact HP with a dispute, but when I submit the form I get this error:

HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later.

 

I tried a couple of days already, still getting the same error.

After many days I tried again to dispute the warranty, but I get the same error message as before:

I'm having same problem. I need to make warranty dispute but I am also getting http error 500 and unable to send the form. How can I make the dispute if the warranty form is broken??
