Trying to get this printer installed.   It has installed perfectly from other locations.  From this one PC, I can ping the printer, Setup finds the printer, I can log in via web interface and make changes.   When I start the install, the HP software finds the exact printer but then fails during setup.  I have tried ethernet, wireless AND USB and it fails each time.   I even sat there and pinged the printer during network installations and it still fails.   I have turned off firewalls and cannot think why this PC is different than others.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Are you getting any error messages while installing the printer?

No helpful error message.   Just it cannot connect and it takes me back to the page where I can choose Wired, Wireless, or USB.  As mentioned I've tried all three.   After selecting, it finds the printer, but as it tries to install, it fails.   Very frustrating.
