Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got this printer second hand, and I am unable to claim it. I've tried in on the website, the computer app, and the phone app. Every time I enter the claim code it says that I have to be in the app to claim it (Your HP+ printer can't be claimed here. This is a new printer than needs to be set up using HP Smart Software or app). I'm extremely confused (and getting very frustrated honestly). Any help would be greatly appreciated

Could you share the printer's serial number in a private message?
