I can't connect finish the setup and the printer with its serial and product number cant be registed

I bought this printer and cant complete the setup. When trying to register it in my HP account its serial number and product number could not be found by the system.

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP LaserJet Printer.

I have a few recommendations 

Restart setup process using HP Smart

• Open the HP Smart app. Click Add Printer or to find your printer. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your printer. If you are unable to complete the setup, restart the HP Smart app, and then try again.
