I can't seem to be able to delete my printer from the HP App, it's not giving me any option to and I can't find a way on any of the forums.

Thanks! Removing and re-installing HP App should remove all the printer added in the App. Here is how to do it:
1.) Open Finder and click Applications
2.) Move HP App to Trash and clear the Trash.
3.) Open Finder then click Go and Click Home.
4.) Click View then Click Show View Options. Check the box Show Library Folder.
The change is instantaneous and the Library folder will immediately becomes visible.
5.) Open Library and Open Application Support, move HP app folder to Trash and clear the Trash
6.) Download and install HP App from here.

Are you trying to remove the printer from HP Smart App or HP Utility on Mac?
Where is the app installed, is it on your Mac computer or an iOS device(iPhone/iPad)?
