I can´t download the Hp smart app on Windows 10

I wanted to download the hp smart app from Microsoft store on Windows but its stuck in the "Starting installation"

We cannot fix this in the sense that there is no alternative source for the data.

In other words, you have to get the HP Smart App from the Microsoft Store.

If the the underlying problem that is causing the difficulty is in the "store", the following can help resolve issues:

Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store

If all else fails,

If you are installing the printer,

If you have access to a supported mobile device,

You can use HP Smart Mobile to help with the installation / setup.

This does NOT fix the Windows bits - but it can help move things along in the right direction.
