Hi @AJ2014,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
To print in reverse order with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8020e All-in-One Printer, follow these steps:
- Open the Document: Open the document or file you wish to print.
- Go to Print Settings: Click on File > Print to open the print dialog box.
- Select Printer: Choose the HP OfficeJet Pro 8020e from the list of available printers.
- Advanced Printer Settings: In the print dialog box, click on Printer Properties or Preferences (this may vary depending on the program you are using).
- Find the Reverse Order Option: Look for a setting called Page Order or Print Order. It may be under the Layout or Finishing tab, depending on the software.
- Enable Reverse Order: Change the setting to Reverse Order or Print Pages in Reverse. This will ensure that the printer prints the last page first.
- Confirm and Print: After selecting the reverse order option, click OK to confirm and proceed with printing.
If you cannot find this option, check the printer's manual or the software settings for your specific application, as different programs may have slightly different options.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
