Hi. I can not get web services set up on my office jet pro 8600 plus printer.  It keeps saying it has been disabled. Can anyone suggest a solution?  Thanks!

Hi,

To re-enable Web Services on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus, try these steps:

  1. On the printer screen, tap the Web Services icon.

  2. If it says disabled, tap Settings or Setup, then select Enable Web Services.

  3. Restart the printer and your router.

  4. Make sure the printer is connected to the internet (not just the local network).

If it still fails, try updating the printer firmware via HP Smart or the HP support website.
