I have had an OfficeJet J4660 printer for years, however, after formatting my machine, I am no longer able to install it. I have tried several ways, even with the HP Scan application provided in the Microsoft store, but I have not been successful. I need help because I use the printer a lot and after formatting I have not been able to use it anymore.
