Hello everybody. I want to do a scan but it is not possible for me. I have tried several times and I don't know how to do it anymore. I downloaded hp smart, set up my printer, but when i try to scan it tells me i need to log in with my hp profile. I do, but this screen appears at the end of the upload. How can I do? I am desperate.

P.s. I am NOT connected to a vpn.

The network on which the printer is connected is the same on which the PC is connected.

How can I do? Thank you
