Product: HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n

I cannot download the driver for this printer. None of the downloads work. On the driver page when I double click the button lower left, it just disappears and nothing happens. When I go to HP smart, the download buttons never show up on my screen

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you try to download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:


https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-6500a-e-all-in-one-printer-s...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
