Product: HP Photosmart C3140 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I cannot download the printer driver for my HP Photosmart C3140 to my Windows laptop.
The HP Virtual assistant keeps sending me in circles and cannot help me.  I've literally spent hours trying to use their web site. 
I connect via USB cable and this printer cannot connect via wireless network - yes, it's an old printer but it worked great with my old laptop. 
I cannot find a way to speak to a human HP support person and their virtual assistant sucks.

* Click on YES button  to say thanks,
