Hello! I can't seem to enable AI Print from my side and I don't have the options in my tray. I have the latest HP Smart App installed and have HP PSA installed as well. From the moment I installed HP Smart, I don't have the option to enable HP AI for print though I have HP Precise print enabled. Am I missing a step? I'm pretty sure my printer model (HP LaserJetPro MFP 4101fdw) is compatible.

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Question:

 

1. When was the printer purchased setup?

(anything before May 1 2026 will not be offered Precise Print for the HP Color LaserJet Pro 4000 series)

 

2. An Account is needed to use Precise print.

 

3. Printer needs to be connected wirelessly/LAN port connected, not USB.
