Need help getting the correct drivers for my HP DeskJet 2132 for Windows 11.
Error message above says that Windows 11 cannot connect to Scanner.
I have a Lenovo IdeaCentre 3 (AMD) Tower.
Steps taken so far:
Downloaded the latest HP Smart app from Microsoft store.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I see that you are not able to scan using the HP Smart app. Are you able to print?

Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Try scanning.
