Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP does not recognize my user name on an HPSmart account I have had for years.  There is no phone number for account support anywhere.  I am only in this community because it seems to be the most closely related but I just need to be able to access my HPSmart account and am completely locked out.  Please assist me by replying to [Personal Information Removed].  Do not reply in this community because the email address it points to is [Personal Information Removed] which I do not receive or have never owned.  I cannot tell you how frustrating this is!
