Hello.
I cannot print the "Web Services Info" page from print and HP Smart.
On the display of print I see running dotes. HP Print and Scan Doctor not find any issue.
HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M176n DEV8070BD. Product code: CF547A

Your printer cannot perform the task.
Web Services is no longer supported on this printer.

Web Services has been discontinued on some older printers (as listed)

Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the printer firmware

1. Has been changed Imaging Drum CE314A on the printer, because was information Imaging Drum Low. Not now any errors on the display of printer.
2. Downloaded firmware version 20200531 from Jul 30, 2020
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/IPG/M176/HP_M176_FW_Update_20200531.exe
3. I cannot update firmware, but printer working properly. Please, see attached file.
4. I cannot Print Info Sheet HP Web Services
Issue not solve till now.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
