Hi @IlianaSim
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9110b is asking for a username and password that you don’t recall, you may need to reset the printer to regain access. Here’s what you can try:
1. Check Default Credentials
- Some HP printers use default login credentials. Try:
- Username: admin
- Password: 123456 or admin
- If these don’t work, proceed with a reset.
2. Perform a Factory Reset
- Turn on the printer.
- On the control panel, press the Setup button (gear icon).
- Navigate to Printer Maintenance or Tools.
- Select Restore Factory Defaults and confirm.
- The printer will reset and restart.
3. Check Inside the Ink Door
- Some HP printers have a PIN printed inside the ink cartridge door.
- Open the printer and look for a label with a PIN—this might be the default password.
4. Reset via HP Smart App
- If your printer is connected to Wi-Fi, try resetting it through the HP Smart app on your computer or phone.
