Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So I go into settings, to Devices, to Printers and Scanners I select my printer. BUT it doesn't really select it, the options pop up for Open queue or Manage but I cant select them. nothing happens. I have uninstalled everything and put it back and still nothing. please help!
