Product: HP Deskjet 2700

I recently changed my WiFi password to another one, the printer is still connected to the old password so now it's not working, I just need to connect the printer to the new password.

I tried everything, I talked to the virtual assistant but it wouldn't give me the answer that i actually needed,  so I'm kinda looking hope

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the Printer's network settings: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

Once done try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
