Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I have an old working HP Photosmart C4345 and it does not have new drivers but runs in W7, and I cannot get the software to download, after that I want to right click on the download and opt to run it in W11.

 

I use a USB cable and a desktop.

 

This will be installed on an HP all in one purchased last year.

 

I get to the download link in HP Support, but it stops there. Then there is difficulty making progress. Any help?

Hi:

 

If you are looking for the full feature software and driver, the latest one available was released for Windows 8.1.

 

You may want to use that file on W11 rather than the older W7 file from 2009.

 

We are currently not allowed to post links to third party driver sites.

 

However, I don't see anything improper with letting you know that the DriversCollection.com website has the drivers for your printer.

 

I use the site all the time and the drivers are legitimate and virus free.

 

Just do a search 'HP Photosmart C4345 driverscollection' and you will be able to find the drivers HP used to supply

With help from ChatGPT I installed the software/driver in W11 but after a test scan went well, a document would not print. Test pages printed. And HP Photo Creations would not download Error DC18.

 

Also there was no mention in the printer que, of the document requested.
