My printer is was delivery but I did not get it . How I can do it

I hear your concern—it’s upsetting to expect a delivery and then not have the printer in hand. Before we look at what can be done, let’s make sure we fully understand the situation so we can isolate where the issue lies.

Could you share a bit more detail:

  • Which store or platform did you place the order through?
  • Do you have a tracking number or delivery confirmation message?
  • Was the delivery marked as “completed” or “delivered” in the tracking system?
  • Did anyone else at your address possibly receive the package?
  • When was the delivery date and time shown on the tracking information?

With these details, we’ll be able to narrow down whether this is a courier issue, a mis-scan in tracking, or something else.
