Please someone help I can’t get out system diagnostic

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.

I see that you want to exit from system diagnostics. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know where exactly are you stuck?

You can press the 'ESC' key (escape key) and you will be able to get out of the system diagnostics.
