I need to reset the fax header on my 9122e printer but I can't get back to that initial screen...how is that done?

Welcome to the HP English Community --

 

I can point you to a couple of possible starting points.

The first one is the EWS Fax setup -- the second is Windows Fax and Scan - Fax Cover Sheet setup

 

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Fax > Fax Send Settings > Common Job Settings / Analog Fax
