Hi, I have a problem with my printer. I forgot my hp printer envy 6032 Custom Pin,
I can't manually reset the printer because I am not finding a procedure online, and to access to the reset of the printer I need the password, that I changed 3 moths ago, but I totally forgot to write it somewhere, and I can't access to it.
can someone help me?

Hi @LorenzoGradasch,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
I understand the printer is locked with an administrator password.
We can perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue
To restore the printer to the original factory defaults
- 1. Lift the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area.
- 2. While the cartridge access door is open, press and hold (the Power button) and the Wireless button on the back of the printer for three seconds.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
