DEAR HP

I GET SOME ERROR FOR MY NEW HP PAGEWIDE PRO 577DW . Error code 0xc6fd0023 and 0xc6fd0024

I try to use it but i can't what is mean this error please i really need a help

Hello,

The problem you are experiencing seems to me to be hardware either at the print head or the printer itself.

I therefore recommend that you Contact HP HP Support in your country/region about these error messages.

The troubleshooting step for this error is to power off the unit via the power switch (if possible, if not remove the cable), once powered off, remove the power cable and leave disconnected for at least 10 seconds and then power up. Do this 3 times and if error does not clear then you will need to engage technical support. If this is a new product, you should have warranty in which case I would call the Technical Support center and get their assistance.

Having same issue...what was the resolution? What was cause?

 

looks like warranty on my unit expired on October 28th, so I hope it's not a hard fault / defect from being shipped after being used elsewhere
