Here is the link for the Windows 10/11 driver https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL51184/bi-124093-4/Full_Webpack-116_1-Full_Webpack.exe

Hi @SoiledMyself,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It's unlikely that you'll be able to use a Windows 7 installation disc to install Windows on a new computer, especially if it's running Windows 11. The installation disc for Windows 7 contains an older version of the operating system and may not be compatible with newer hardware. Additionally, Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft, so using it on a new computer could pose security risks.

Instead, you should obtain a Windows 11 installation disc or USB drive to install the operating system on your new HP computer. You can purchase Windows 11 from Microsoft or obtain it through other legitimate channels. Once you have Windows 11 installed, you can then set up your HP Officejet Pro 8600 printer and install the necessary drivers and software to use it with your new computer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
