I have a HP Office Jet Pro 8210. I was printing quite a few pages and it stopped printing. The screen still reads "Printing" but nothing prints. This happens with my phone, computer, as well as my husband's phone (So it is a printer problem, not device sending it). I tried doing a system reset and in doing so the printer printed a couple pages off, so it can still print, just not the pages I'm sending it to print. Any additional options to try?

I see that you are facing connectivity issues with HP Printer.
I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.
You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.
Furthermore, you can reinstall using HP Smart App from this link.
