Try these steps:
Access Printer via HP Smart App
If your printer is connected to a Wi-Fi network, you can try accessing it through the HP Smart App:
- Open HP Smart on your computer or phone.
- Select your printer and go to Printer Settings > Security.
- Check if you can reset or remove the password.
