HP Recommended

I have a new MacBook Air m2.  There are 3 printers in the office.  Two are exactly the same, 4520 series.  My MacBook will print to the other 2 printers, but not to my 4520.  It says it is paused.  I can print from my Windows computer, but not from the MacBook Air.  It says it is paused.  I have tried everything, including removing it and adding it back.  Nothing will unpause it.  What can I do now?
