Hi @gbar110,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To remove the "Private Pickup" option from your HP OfficeJet Pro 8125e All-in-One Printer, follow these steps using the HP Smart app, which is where this feature is managed:

Steps to Disable Private Pickup

  1. Open the HP Smart App on your Windows 10 PC or mobile device.
  2. Click on your printer name to open its settings.
  3. Click the Account icon (your initials or profile picture).
  4. Select Manage HP Account – this will open your HP account in a browser.
  5. In the HP account dashboard, go to:
    • Solutions > Print Anywhere
  6. Under My Printers, locate your printer and:
    • Turn off the toggle for "Require Private Pickup"

This will disable the feature that holds print jobs until you're near the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
