Product: HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer

Upon setup no ink prints on the page. I was told you have to use the setup cartridges to set it up so i cant order new ones as i have been unable to finish the set up process. The printer says all the cartridges are in and ready to go and there is ink. The setup cartridges i never been used but the ink level shows low. I have tried many times to do an alignment but a blank sheet comes out. What do i need to do?
