Try manually from the printer's support website
(Might not work -- takes a minute to try and it's good to know where the software is located...)
Try / Consider
Restart printer and computer and, if you can stand it, the router
Next
Restore the Factory Defaults on the printer
Personal Note
If you have do so to regain control of a printer that won't respond and then ties EWS into a knot:
Reboot the printer to regain control of EWS and then issue Restore Factory Defaults.
After the Restore, the printer was rebooted and it "updated" its firmware.
Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Section General > Restore Default Settings > Restore Network Settings OR Restore All Factory Defaults
