I have a HP MFP M476DN printer. I am unable to print on any size document other than letter and A4. Using one of my other HP printers when I drop down the page setup dialog box I get all the various sized documents to print on. On the M476 printer I only get letter and A4. I am running windows 11 and I have printed with this printer on legal size before. I've reinstalled the drivers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That sounds like windows has installed a generic Microsoft driver not a specific HP driver. I would suggest that you use the HP UPD driver for this application.

Thank you very much, it was exactly as you described. I removed the device and reinstalled thru HP Smart. I was on a deadline for a legal doc and spent half the night spinning my wheels. I actually ended up at three AM getting on old printer out of storage and printing the document. Thanks again I appreciate it.
