I work as tech support for a public school. and one of the printers I support fails to connect due to a DNS error. I am trying to log into the EWS to resolve it, but the default username and password don't work and the user swears they never changed them. I have performed a "semi-full reset," which supposedly resets the login to default, and still I can't get in. Please help! The printer, as stated above, is an HP OfficeJet Pro 8740.
