I have changed internet service, my printer will NOT recognize it

I moved and have a new wifi that the printer refuses to recognize.  Ihave tried every step to reconnect per the troubleshooting offered , it still won't work.  I need my printer.  Please don't send me the same recommendations as they are not working ,not even when I add it to my settings on my laptop.  Hopefully there is another step I can do to get it to work.

I completely understand how frustrating it is when your HP DeskJet 2722 printer refuses to connect, especially after trying all the usual steps. Since you’ve already tried the standard troubleshooting without success, let’s try a deeper reset and a fresh setup using the HP Smart app, which often works when other methods don’t.

Reset the Network Settings on Your HP DeskJet 2722

This will clear out the old Wi-Fi settings and prepare the printer for a fresh connection:

1. Turn on the printer.
2. On the printer control panel, press and hold the Cancel (❌) and Wireless (📶) buttons together for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light starts blinking.
3. This resets the wireless settings and puts your printer back into Wi-Fi Setup Mode.

If the Wi-Fi light is blinking, the printer is ready for a new network setup.

Install or open the HP Smart App (on your PC or mobile)

1. Download HP Smart from the HP Smart - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store.
2. Open the app and click “Set Up a New Printer.”
3. It should detect the DeskJet 2722 in setup mode.
4. Select it, then follow the steps to connect it to your new Wi-Fi.

⚠️ Make sure your computer or phone is connected to the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (not 5 GHz), as the DeskJet 2722 doesn’t support 5 GHz networks.
