Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer

My office jet Pro 8715 came without directions or a disc 3 yrs ago. Maybe they “resold” it to me. I finally need to correct the date, time and change the “other persons” phone number. I am not technically aware. I am 74, consider that dark ages. Two months ago I could print photos or text from my phone. The box says: usb, wi-go certified, AirPrint, moorish. I can no longer do that. The witless lite is lit. My printer is listed in the smart print app. I tried to use it as “new” printer but the app ignored
