I installed the HP ENVY 5055. It is connected to the Wi-fi. I can not get it to print anything.  Any time i try, i get this message. We found a problem with your printer setup and couldn't print. Try one of these steps.  Check that your printer is online (it is). Try printing a test page (it won't). Reinstall the printer driver.  ( i believe that was done also)  It is driving me crazy. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for joining the HP Support Community

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Is the copy working fine?

Wireless light on the printer is blinking or steady?

Make sure the printer and the computer are connected to the same network.

Click on this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03286146 to Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor

HP Print and Scan Doctor is a free tool for Windows to help resolve common printing and scanning problems, such as missing or corrupt print drivers, connectivity issues, firewall issues, scan error messages, printer offline, and print jobs stuck in the print queue.

If the issue persists, I recommend you delete the driver at the root level and Install the drivers, follow the steps below:

Remove the USB if connected

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device'

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

Then, Click on this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-envy-5000-all-in-one-printer-series/14... to download and install the HP ENVY 5000 All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Driver.

Now try printing.

Keep me posted, how it goes!
