Microsoft Windows 11

Received a new modem from my internet provider.  Need to change settings in my Officejet Pro 9015e printer.  Went to control panel and it indicates it is locked.  Trying to unlock it, it asks for a username and password.  I have no clue what they are.  Your response was:

"Here's how you can perform a factory reset on the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e.

  • Access the Control Panel: If the printer is locked and asking for a username and password, you'll need to access the control panel on the printer itself.
  • Enter Maintenance Mode: On the control panel, press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons simultaneously for about five seconds. This should put the printer into maintenance mode."

Only control panel I can find on this printer is the one that is locked!!!!!   That I don't know the username and password it is asking for!!!!!

How do I unlock the control panel?  Or is this printer now just a boat anchor!?!?!?
