I have trouble getting started with password and speed

 I am old ,shaky, forgetful, and quite slow. I have trouble finding a thought pattern that allows me to remember password so signing in has become a nuisance. Does anyone have a memory aid that I can use to save and recall passwords? What I do now is guess where I will be going and write down the expected passwords before i start. That is very cumbesome.and likely to cause errors.I need a better way. I hope for a pattern that will cover the 100 or so passwords I use.

A related problem is that I am too slow recovering and inserting the verification code when I need one.. By the time I retrieve a key and get back to the sign in page, teh key has expired. What can I do?

@Piney1 Depending on what product you've got, fingerprint reader is a good option for you, as you don't have to worry about remembering the password or trouble yourself with quick moves, besides nobody remembers there passwords these days, the robots are taking over, our minds!! lol... don't worry though, nothing we can't take care off, here's what I'll need from you, to help you with more accuracy:
