Hi @Anajade,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Error codes on HP printers are usually indicative of a specific issue with the printer. In this case, the error code 0W_4XX_0WSWS0001 on your HP LaserJet M139we could indicate a hardware problem or a communication issue between the printer and your computer.
Here are a few steps you can take to try to resolve the issue.
- Check the printer's display panel for any error messages or alerts. If there are any, follow the instructions provided to resolve the issue.
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes and then plug it back in and turn it on. Check if the error code has been resolved.
- Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer via USB or network connection. Make sure the cables are properly connected and check for any damage or loose connections.
- If you're using a network connection, make sure the printer is properly configured on your network. Check the printer's manual or user guide for instructions on how to set up network connectivity.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
