Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have an HP 3830 printer and my new Mac devices - both of them run MacOS BigSur keep getting an encryption credentials have expired. All the older devices in my house - MacOs and Apple iOS work fine and do not get this error.  i have already tried to reset the network settings 3 times and that has not worked.
