When i load the envy 5000 printer it states the driver is unavailable

@bag8, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to use the printer from the computer.

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win 11 PC

Click here to download and know more about the app.

 

Alternatively, you may download a full-feature printer driver from the HP Support site.

Click here to download the same.
