I have boughten this printer at a third party shop.
It's connected to my WIFI but it is not registering on the HP App. I cannot print anything on this, only the same sheet of paper that helps with nothing prints when I press the 'information' button. I have tried to factory reset this thing, and also just claims error.
Along with that, it tells me to hold the 'information' button for 3 seconds till all buttons light up and that doesn't work either.
I have another HP desk jet that gives me no issues but this model is so complicated for no reason.
If anyone can help, please let me know.

hard reset first method
a hard reset second method requires the cartridge door be open
full feature software click here apr 2024
this printer supports 2.4 and 5ghz bands.

You might try connecting using a HP Smart on a laptop or smartphone and try to get to the printer diagnostics page
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IHTGrY19KtE&ab_channel=PrinterGuruji
If HP Smart shows the printer IP address as 192.168.1.120 then bring up that page on a PC using edge or chrome and see what the problem is.
Maybe the ink is counterfeit or the last owner or vendor forgot to close or did not pay the instant ink account. I am just guessing.
