I need a factory reset to over-ride the admin and security passcodes for a deskjet 2700?

HP Recommended
Deskjet 2700
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am looking for a factory reset to over-ride the security and admin passcodes.  Just purchased this printer through an auction site.  Also, do you know if this will then take care of the error of it asking for the original ink cartridges before acknowledging the brand new ones that have been installed?  So frustrating
